1. Massage your breast with oil: Olive oil, vegetable oil, fennel seed oil, and carrot oil naturally restore the firmness and elasticity of saggy skin. Massaging the breast for 50 minutes daily with any of these oils increases blood flow in the breast and repairs damaged cells which causes sagging.

2. Applying cucumber and Aloe Vera: The mixture of blended cucumber, a cup of water, and egg yolk contains nourishing properties which are helpful for breast treatment. Aloe vera gel can also stiffen the breast when applied in a circular motion for 10 minutes daily.

3. Regular exercising: Exercises such as push-ups help tone the muscles beneath your breast. Push-ups are done by lying face down as you push downwards with your arms apart. Pullovers also strengthen your chest muscles. These exercises should be done at least 10 times daily.

4. Eat healthy diets: Diets rich in nutrients helps to prevent wearing out of breast tissues. Foods such as nuts, fish, and soybeans increase omega-3 fatty acids which makes the breast look healthy. Avocados and eggs also promote breast tissue growth and have positive impacts on the skin.
