Herring is very similar to sardines. It contains a very high amount of Omega-3 fatty acids. This is why it is also strongly recommended for the protection of the heart and entire body.

Other healthy you should choose from include: cod, mahi-mahi, perch, rainbow trout, pollock, and striped bass. Fish is very healthy. And you can decide to substitute it for meats.
