Most cases are congestive heart failure because blood flow to the organs in the body is lessened, and water is stagnant in the organs. But, below are some of the early symptoms of heart failure:
1. Chest pain
People with heart failure will often have pain in the left side of the chest. Before the heart has a feeling of tightness and heaviness in the chest, the chest is constricted and pressed.
2. Tired
The cause of fatigue is due to the lack of blood pumped out and not enough blood ration to all organs in the body. Patients are tired because of anemia, so they always find it difficult in all activities. In expansion, the patient also has a weakness, dizziness, memory loss, and headache.
3. Dry cough
If you have a chronic dry cough with no known cause, it could also be the first symptom of heart failure. The cough characteristic of heart failure patients is difficulty in producing dry cough.
Due to the prolonged cough, the patient suffers from insomnia, leading to fatigue and hoarseness. The more severe the disease, the more likely the cough will appear, cough most often occurs when lying down, and to be comfortable, one must sit up completely.
4. Shortness of breath
This is one of the first symptoms of heart failure because most patients encounter it, especially when the head is low or lying down, during exertion. Because of heart failure, the patient has a feeling of shortness of breath, and palpitations.
