In a video shared by Arise TV, Peterside disclosed that his main focus is on finding a peaceful solution rather than taking sides. He pointed out that on social media, some people are making threats to destroy properties in Rivers State. He mentioned that both Wike and Fubara own properties in Rivers, and if the political crisis escalates, their properties could be set ablaze

Peterside emphasized that some people, like himself, are working behind the scenes to ensure they can bring solution to the conflict
