Former Kimabu Governor William Kabogo is among Mt. Kenya bigwigs who took to their X platform to thank the Interior Cabinet Secretary for todayโs appointment.
He wished Godโs favour on him saying he is upto the task as he had proven this in his service at the Ministry of Interior.
โCongrats, my brother Prof. Kithure Kindiki. May Godโs favour be upon you as you start a humongous job. I can only wish you well,โ he remarked.
Also, Speaker Moses Wetangโula took to his X with the same message of congrats just after he had Gazetted the Assembly proceedings.
Meanwhile, a Kerugoya High Court has issued orders blocking Prof. Kindiki from taking office despite nomination.
