He was also charged with handling and retaining a stolen phone contrary to the Law.

According to the prosecution, Cornellius on October 1, 2024 at KNH, otherwise than in the process of stealing, dishonestly retained two mobile phones, an Infinix mobile phone valued at Ksh 40,990 and Bahrian Dinar Equivalent to Ksh 14,021, knowing or having reason to believe them to be stolen.
