People consider Mariam Nabatanzi Babirye from Uganda to be the world’s most fertile woman. She is a Ugandan woman who has given birth to 44 children.

As of this year, her eldest children were twenty-eight years old, and the youngest were six years old.

Mariam Nabatanzi was just 13 when she gave birth to her first set of twins. By the time she was 36, she had given birth to another 42 babies. This implies that she had given birth to 44 children in a span of 23 years.

One surprising fact is that she tried family planning several times but failed. Nothing worked to prevent birth control, except when she abstained from using the joystick.
