A politician from Kisii has been charged at a Nairobi court with conspiracy to obtain Sh1.6 million by falsely pretending to be in a position to execute a court order from Mavoko Law Court. Credius Nyamwange Oigara who was contesting for the Bomachoge parliamentary seat was charged alongside Kenneth Korir who did not ap- pear in court with the offence of conspiring to defraud a trader, James Njukia Ihura the said money.
