Snacks to Lose Weight
1. Roasted Seaweed

Use a popsicle ice tray and a sweet tasting but calorie-free beverage like flavoured water enhancement. Pour it on the tray and freeze. Doing it without adding the sugar will get you a refreshment that has close to zero calories and zero sugar.

3. Beef Jerky
