Smoking is terrible for human health in general, but it has a particularly negative impact on the brain. Overconsumption of salt and sugar has a deleterious impact on the brain.

Breakfast is the most crucial meal of the day, therefore skipping it will result in low blood sugar, which will be detrimental to the brain.
